We welcomed international scientists, physicians, nutritionists, dieticians and other health professionals to showcase the latest advances from basic science, epidemiology clinical trials in vegetarian nutrition.

The congress theme was “Plant-based Nutrition for Personal, Population and Planetary Health.”. The 6th International Congress on Vegetarian Nutrition was held on February, at Loma Linda University.
